    can i mix b12 with these?

    took my first shot last mon and started my b12 and liqdex today. i mixed b12, eq, prop and fina.

    is that ok?
    i also started my ldex a week later will that have a big diff?

    Yes you can mix gear bro...the l-dx takes a few weeks to build up,but you'll be fine.

    mixing the b12 with the eq, prop and fina is fine. Unless you noticed anything out of the ordinary the week you weren't using the ldex and b12 I'd say your okay. You should, idealy, begin everything in your cycle at once, but it shouldn't be a big issue. Make sure you have enough ldex and b12 for PCT. Some clomid and nolvadex would be a good edition as well.

    Why is and when did that start,that b-12 is neccesary for pct?This is totally new to me and probably to most ppl on this board.

    I believe it is in MudMan's PCT plan but not quite sure why...

    thanks guys, i would have started with my ldex last week, but my order was late. i think i will be fine though also taking nolva 10mg ed.

    oh yeah i can get 20mg nolva from ugl, but they are caps. instead of taking 10mg/ed can i take 20mg/ed?

    Please explain to me how vitamin B-12 will help HPTA functions at pct?

    I have never used B12 for PCT or in any of my cycles but I do use B6 to help keep prolactin levels low so not to hinder my recovery process.

    i guess they use it to increase energy and appetite during pct, so they can still train and eat like they did while on.
