my strength is alive and kicken again fellaz!
well hot ****, its been 5 months since i started my first cycle. was a 12 weeker, gained some off of it, if anyone remembers though, i ran no pct so i lost alot of strength, plus half the mass i had. im starting to gain weight again though so im happy as fudge, little fat is coming with it but **** it.
with hard work, and losing my spotter, i managed to bring my strength back up to where it was naturally!
today was chest/tri day, which is the most important day for me. i am back to hossing it at the dip rack. weighted dips with 175 feels good as ****kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk......
im just happy as a mother right now, i thought id share it with any1 who cares.

well at least you won't make the mistake of not running pct again...........any plans for another cycle?

good to hear! but you could have kept it all by simply doin pct.. at least you learned a lesson
what wdid you run for your first cycle??

Thats awesome bro.. I know how it feels with no spotter, kind hard to get motivation some times. But those are definetely hoss number for dips

ya i learned my lesson the hard way.let this be a lesson for anyone who wanted to know what it was like to not run proper PCT.

175lbs extra for dips?? Or is that your own bodyweight? I do dips with a 45lb plate with my dip belt. Just dont pull your shouders out of the sockets. good job

thanks for the post. good to know what this forum stresses about pct is important. my fellow gymrats give me a ration of sh** and think i'm being anal spending money on nolva and clomid.........
