No, it's not true, aside from maybe some temporary inflammation. And water based shots like winny and suspension are debatable, but i've personally never seen any site enhancement.

i would agree with ejuicer that no it doesnt get bigger, but i have had size increase in smaller muscle groups, ive inject large amount of AAS in small muscle groups and they have inflamed and got bigger, this is due to the large amount of oil which is causing inflammation but after weeks of injecting the same sites and after the oil and inflammation has gone down i have still been left with some size increase, it has been debated that this is down to some kind of stretching,
