    Equipose + winstrol + test E

Have anyone done this cycle? What were the results? What would you do differently?

    25, male, 15-16 BF.
Trying to gain lean muscle and shed some body fat. But I must also increase my cardio for med/long distance running. This is why EQ is a part of my cycle

Everyone here stays Eq is bull. I disagree. It's great for watering down T-400!!! Seriously though, to give advise we need stats. Training exp, cycle exp, diet, etc...

just test will raise rbc. Eq does suck and can raise rbc way to high. Winny can be tough on joints so i wouldnt recommend for a long distance runner.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I got 6 years of training experience, done a cycle of straight test before. My issue is I need dramatic improvement in for both upper body strength and cardio/stamina in a very limited amount of time. I figure it would be best for me to keep the same weight +/- 5lbs while getting stronger and faster

diet and test can do that.
    Eq can cause this

Symptoms of polycythemia can be none to minimal in many people. There are some general and non-specific symptoms that can be seen with polycythemia. Some of these include:

    weakness,
    fatigue,
    headache,
    itching,
    bruising,
    joint pain,
    dizziness, or
    abdominal pain.
In patients with polycythemia vera, other blood disorders are also very common. Thus, bleeding problems or clotting events may be seen in these patients. Itching after showers or baths (post-bath pruritus) can also be seen in patients with polycythemia vera for unclear reasons. Joint pains also common in patients with polycythemia vera.
Therefore, shortness of breath, chronic cough, sleep disturbance (sleep apnea), dizziness, poor exercise tolerance, or fatigue may be common in patients with polycythemia.

People see someone who is using Eq in their cycle and assume the gains he made are from it.But not thinking that out of all the compounds he is running. That Eq is the weakest. So why would you think that Eq gave him those gains? Just askin
