Clen/T3/Keto for cutting after cycle
How long after my cycle should I wait to use Clen /T3/keto to cut? This was more of a lean gaining cycle for me. I have read that I should wait until after finishing my PCT to start cutting. And others have said to start cutting when starting my PCT because it was not a bulking cycle. So, thoughts would be helpful. As I would like a direct situation relevant answer and not a do more research, because I have and that is why I am asking. I am also wanting to get ripped by the end of June if possible.
-My cylce ends in just over two weeks.
I am 33, about 16% BF and I hit the gym 6x's/wk.
M-Chest
T-Back
W-Hamstrings/calves
TH-Biceps/triceps
F-Shoulders
S-Quads/calves again
Cardio----Before my cycle I was doing 30-45 minutes rowing in the morning with only a PWO drink so I did not go catabolic. Then after weights in the evening I was doing another 30-45 min of treadmill or stair climber while controlling my heart rate.
I am not against modifying the routine, I just am unable to run/ long story. So I don't mind adding in swimming or other methods as well.
I want to get in the best shape I have ever been in. Plus my girlfriend will not have seen me in 3 months by that time. So I would like to really surprise her...

I would wait a couple weeks after PCT. If you cut while in PCT you will lose most yor gains..

I had heard that, but I also had seen the argument that if you were trying a lean mass cycle it is not a bad thing either...Hmm food for thought..

And what is your PCT? If you keep your calories the same you might not lose much but if you drop them I think you will.

I like to use Clen in PCT as it allows me to eat a ton of food (protein) to hang onto gains without adding too much body fat. The T3 at higher doses saps my energy too much as it is, I couldn't imagine how much it would suck post cycle (which is why I've never done it.).

yea maybe clen during your pct, but definitely not t3.

The T3 is the thing to use to go from 5% to 3% pre contest, but I've used it and it was hurting my gains. Clen , diet and cardio is all 95% of us need to achieve our goals. Mt 2 cents...

Hey I appreciate your .02 cents...They are worth more than mine because you at least have experience with it. I think Clen , keto diet and cardio are going to be the ticket for me to get down to 12%. I should do well with it. Because just using diet and cardio, I lost 42 lbs in 3 and a half months a ways back. So I know my system responds well.
