what dose of potassium while on clen?
had trouble with jawpain due to a decreased level of potassium. was wondering if somebody knows what dosage i should use?

swest, This was sort of addressed in your other post. Clen for lack of a better term is like "speed" or meth it makes one nervous and jittery and will cause you to clench your jaw. If you needed potassium that bad your whole body would ache. There is nothing to do but quit the clen or deal with it.

you should take between 200mg-400mg. I was taking around a gram and still got cramps. make sure you take at least 3-5g of taurine and drink lots of water. do waht mr. sparkle said and READ THE CLEN HANDBOOK

I'm taking 600mg of Potassium right now (that's the only caps I could find) and 5 grams of taurine a day. I haven't had any prob's w/ cramps or anything, and I'd rather avoid it all together.
