    does creatine reduce fat

    hi guys i was just wondering if creatine reduces fat . what does it do?

    Wrong board but no it does not reduce fat. Post this in the supplement forum for more responses.

    yeah, i think you put it on all fatty foods you eat and it reduces the fat by 89%, i think, try on your food and let us know
