    Problem with my wrist

    Guys,

I'm currently on cycle, actually just started it a couple of weeks ago.
But I'm having problems with my wrist.
Did X-ray, few days ago and everything looks fine.
But the pain is still there....espesially in morning...I feel like I have to pull my wrist..to adjust it.
Did anyone have similar problem ? And I'm on deca /test cycle now...will deca help at all?

    Try ibuprofen, and ibuprofen gel.

Your wrist probably is strained from bad form.

if the injury is to the soft tissue then an extra will not show the problem. you will need an mri to show soft tissue damage. avoid any exercises that induce pain. most likely the injury will heal with rest. good luck bro.

I've been using dumbells a lot lately for my chect. And I've been going heavy.
Right now it does not interfere with my excersises....but I hope it won't get worse than this...as I said pain is the worst in the morning...once I pull it a little...and during the day...pain goes away...

    Thanks bro.
I'll have to probably wrap up my wrist. I just started cycle and need to get the best of it.

id recomend wrapping it real tight. it could be cts or tendonites. maybe a cortisone shot in the tendon will solve the problem.
