B-12 worth injecting???

Ive heard a lot of good hype on injectable B-12, but is it really worth having to inject a cc everyday??????????

Anyone who has used it please post your experience and if you would recommend

havent used it, but its always my excuse when buying pins at drug store ....if u can take orals though, id just do that unless u really enjoy injecting....

I think it's worthwhile if you're doing ed injects already.

some people use b-12 100mcg for ed for 7 days.
twice a week for 3 months.
and from them on once a month.
thats if your not on a cycle.
