please help is it for me or not
stats:
20 yr old male
215 lbs
16-18 % body fat
what i do:
lift 5 days a week, plus cardio for 10-30 mins each day
goals: lean down, get toned
i started a cycle of just winni. im on my first week i do half cc eod, im going to start til 1 cc the following week.
can you please give me some help?

well I would say post your diet up, as well as your training experience. your winny is 50mg/mL?

my diet is low carb high protien diet
workout:
mon: chest and bis
tues: back and tris
wed: shoulders and legs
thurs: arms and tris
fri: chest
everyday i do cardio and i do abs

I see someone want to have big chest and arms..., that is the most messed up workout split i have ever seen...right now you are taking 1/2cc=25mg EOD, that is not enough to really see anything, even when you get up to 1cc = 50mg EOD that still will be very little now 1cc=50mg ED would produce some results, this is assumng the concentration is 50mg/ml...you are too young anyway Bro, trainin natural fix that workout split eat well at your age there is no reason you should not grow and get lean...XXL

.... ok bro. post your entire diet. Give a detailed description of what you eat at around what time. How many cal/day are you taking? how many g protein? how many g carb? how many g fat? I think you should stop the winny for now until you learn more about it and training properly. just a hunch though.

winny isnt going to burn fat by itself, that all depends on diet/cardio. It will help your workout but not at the dosages you are taking.

like me you're not huge by any means.
body building is just an illusion. increase your cardio. if you can't be huge at least be as defined as you can be.
i once heard one of my friends, one of the biggest guys in the gym say to me, it doesn't matter if you can bench 500 pounds... as long as you look like you can.
just some food for thought.
