    Controlling BP

    I am on deca test e and HGH im constantly having headaches now theyre nothing bad tho i can barely notice it accept at night. What do you guys do to control it or get it back to normal after a cycle

    I have had to get on medication before do to running high doses for long periods of time. Also Niacin can help lower BP...I forget the dosage though.

    Try drinking a glass of beetroot juice dailey,available from health shops the nitrates it contains should lower your bp.if you google it you will see that various medical trials have been done on it with some goodresults.My gp told me that many medicines used to control bp contain nitrates,

    Try FutureBiotics Pressure-lo. You can pick it up at most supplement stores. It's a PITA because you have to take it three times a day, butI have been taking these for months now and it really has helped lower my BP.

    Cycle Support is another option. Although it is pretty expensive. =/

    Try taking a baby asprin a day. Increase your water intake and lower you sodium intake. Water retention increases blood pressure, sometimes and OCT diuretic can help

    CoEnzyme Q10, celery seed extract, hawthorn extract, garlic extract, dandelion extract, green tea and other light diuretics, drink lots of water, monitor you sodium, cholesterol, and bloat.
