    Question Pseudo Poll: What gives you the most stretch marks?

    Flies, bicep curls, stretching, what? I came home from Jiu jitsu last night and I noticed little stretch marks that werent there 2 days before. I did chest(super set 2 different kinds of flies) and tris before Jiu jitsu. I think the Gi pulled on my armpit or something but now I have little ones poppin up.

    well im an ecto and im tearing out of my skin i dont wanna know whats gonna happen when i start my dbol /deca cycle.

    I'm endomorph (but under control ) and natural.
    And I got stretch marks when I get killer pumps.

    This happened once when i was doing singles deadlifts with a huge load and I could feel every joint cracking and veins popping everywhere!
    That gave me stretch marks on my left triceps, that's why I always use some kind of mosturizer (no jokes or I'll kill ya) before I train and I make sure I'm well hydrated.

    If you get a lot of good calories while on a cycle (3,000-4,000) could that maybe help prevent strecth marks? If not is there anyway to lower the chances of getting them?

    No I'm thinking about cocoa butter. I have only gained 5 pounds on this eq and anavar , but thats 5 pounds in a week. My skin is pretty tight on me and the pumps are crazy so I guess thats it. Do you think people with more bodyfat or less prone to stretch marks? I doubt it. Skin is skin, volume is volume I guess. By the time chicks notice it they are to close to run away anyways right guys!!
