test and cardio
im gettin on 20ccs of test 1 cc twice a week, when i was on deca i burned a lot of fat but i also did a lot of running, if i do like a mile every other day or somethin, itll burn off fat, but will lessen my chance of gaining lots of muslce or does it not matter? or does test burn fat just by lifting weights

How much test are you taking a week? mg/week?
Cardio and a restricted diet will help you burn fat while on cycle but will minimize your potential gains. If you can, do your cutting after your bulking.

if 1cc=100mg then im taking 100mg twice a week

ouch, 200mg a week. I would up it to 400mg-500mg a week, for 12 weeks.

200mg a week is not going to do much if anything..... especially if your runing. Do one or the other bulk or cut. You said you did deca and burned fat?
