test e and Dbol cycle
Hey bros, I did **** load of research before I went on my cycle.
I've been on it for two weeks, its the standard newbie cycle of 500mg test e/wk for 10wks and 30mg dbol for 4 weeks, plue ldex .3 and nolvo 10/ed. I'm 30 and have been lifting on and of for about 10yrs seriously for the last 2yrs. I'm 5'8 and 188 pounds with about 10-11%bf. my problem is I haven't felt the dbol kick in at all yet, before the two weeks i was 180lbs so I've gained 8lbs in two weeks but no improvement in strength gains.I know from reading other peeps thread from dbol some claim that "it didn't do ****" for them, do you think this is the case for me? I did a cycle of M1t about 4 mos ago and that stuff worked and gave me awesome strength gains and quick. My gear is legit since its all from a very reliable source.My diet isn't the greatest but its ok:
morning two packets of oatmeal and 8egg whites plus protein drink
snack: 1.5 portions of chicken brest
pwo protein drink
lunch: salmon 2 portions or 2 tuna sandwichs.
evening: 1.5 portion of chicken brest and 1 tuna sandwich.
before i sleep: protien drink with 1-2 tablespoons of flax seed oil.
my only other problem is that I've got tendonitis about two days ago, but i can work around it.
So what you all think, should i continue with the dbol or not?

prolly because you barely have ANY carbs in your diet. you need a LOT more carbs than you have right now. You're doing the standard newb MASS stack, so you need to increase your carb intake a lot!!!

yea, thats exactly what i noticed, you have very few carbs. protein is great, but you gotta keep eatin everything else in mass also.
one word for you: pasta

i 2 dont really feel the dbols. im also on a test e/dbol diet i do however notice that when i get on the dbol, they bring me back to my last course weight within a week or so, but my weight doesnt really go 2 much past that til the e kicks in.

tks for the advice so far, i will definetly up my carbs
yeah notkwite i was read some other threads and some peeps said that dbol didn't do to much for them - i hope i'm not in the same boat.notkwite how about weight gain from the dbol?

i know this guy who takes dbol almost year round.
he says whenever he gets on an atkins diet his pumps virtually disappear.
try upping the carbs and see what happens!

just to make sure my dbol is legit let me just describe them since i dont have a digital camera, their suppose to be 10mg and their shaped like blue hearts with a vertical line down the middle on one side. do you think their real or fake?

you need to eat more protein and quite a bit more carbs
