Can someone tell me what a good dosage/and for how long to take these little beauties?

I finished taking them yesterday for 6 weeks at 60mg/day. I loved them! I will be ordering some more this week ready for my next cycle. I split the dosage over 3x a day

Hey bigun - how does it compare to Var? Var is waaay cheaper for me, but if OT is that good I may have to give it a go......
Any hair probs with it?

15weeks, mmm each to their own I guess.

In terms if strength I have found it very similar to anavar . In terms of lbm I think its better personally so it depends what you will be paying for it compared to var. Regarding hairloss I think I have shed some hair if I am honest but its hard to say how much I am losing it anyway.

so when would be the best time to take it, towards the last few weeks of a 13 week cycle(to help retain lbm) or at the beginning.(to jumpstart cycle)????

It depends on your cycle length. What is your cycle history and proposed stack?

2 cycles, next cycle in about 3 weeks:

600mg Test Cyp./week 1-12
400mg Equipoise /week 1-11
300mg deca /week 1-8
bd turanabols??

+ all the nolva, pct, hcg

and also, is it pointless to take deca at the same time ur takin eq, is there somethin better to take with test and eq(primo, tren , anything, ???)

There are a number of recent posts regarding deca /eq use simultaneously. I havent tried it myself so I cant really comment. In terms of OT, I would run it at 40-60mg ed for 6 weeks but this depends on your body weight etc and remember your milk thistle and ALA.
