next cycle any imput?
lean and hard is what Im after so I was thinking:
week 1 to 14 100mg prop ed.
week 1 to 12 75mg tren ed.
week 9 to 14 50mg winni ed.
b-12 & b-6 200mg & nolva 20mg all the way through
clomid and nolva pct.
1, how much b-12 to use?
2, how long after prop do ya start pct?
I am 27, 5'8" 218lbs at around 13/14%bf. this will be cycle #3
past experience with Test E Test cyp deca and winni
so let it fly guys..........what do ya all think

No its not contingent upon compounds used. Just the fact that you are on a cycle... If you cant get it its not that big of a deal. I bet 90% of members do not use it. I use it and will never cylce without it. Ask around, it should be fairly easy to get....

well, I figure I will give er. I plan to start next week so I will keep ya all posted on the results.

Running trib at 4g a day is supposed to prevent testicular atrophy isnt that true?

I wouldn't worry about the B-12, 200mg of B-6 should get the job done.

b-12 is for energy and appatite also to help cut down the prop pain if it does indeed hurt
