L-glutamine is one of several Essential Amino Acids, i.e. AAs that are needed by the body but not produced within the body. Normally you get enough of them all when you have a good diet with a variety of protein rich foods. Some folks swear by an extra 5 to 20 grams daily of L-glutamine. Nothing wrong with it but your money might be better spent elsewhere... not sure. Anyway, in no way would it interact negatively with any sort of AAS. Any effect noticeable at all could only be beneficial. Think of it as PROTEIN, since all amino acids are basic building blocks of the macronutrient we generally call protein.

As for "what's good to take with test 250", you need to do some reading. That is such a general question from such a vague point of reference that it would take a book to answer your question. You need a lot more background information. Read the drug profiles and take a look at the sample cycles.

How did you determine that the dbol was fake? Did you take some and not see any gains? Well, Ho ho ho! You seem a little old to believe in Santa Claus! Seriously, do some reading. Think of it as a couple of semesters of a biology course. That is about how long it will take you to learn what you want/need to know.
