Posted this ? in the supplement forum but got mixed reviews. I am using VITRIX trib, and was wondering what dose I should take. It says 1 gram on the bottle that 6 caps a day,,,,and that is what most people were saying to take,,,,,,so why is everyone else on 3-4 grams. I f I take 4 grams I will be taking 24 pills a day, could that be right?????? anyone....thanx

you want to have at least 40% furastanol saponins, dunno about vitrex, never used it, i use 5 g's ed and 6 g's ed while on, allsportnutrtion has trib by optimum really cheap, and each capsule is 625 mgs

im using 4g/ed on cycle. mine r 750mg so i only have to take 5 or 6.

Ive tried a lot of tribulus in my days. My verdict? $20-30 bucks are better spent on porn. They make my testosterone rise more than any tribulus product ever did.

easy solution, u can goto trueprotein and buy the tribulus powder that is 90%furastanol saponins, can't beat the price, you buy 500g take 5-6g ED gonna last ya about 3 months for 80 bucks, i think Vitrix is like 40-50 bucks and you start taking 4g ED you will be going through bottles every week

i just bought my own powder off the new and capped them myself at 1gram a cap.

OK but I already bought my VITRIX, so I should be taking the 24 pills a day to get 4 grams.. Cause I have felt crap on 1 gram ed,,,,,,but thanx for the idea, I will give it a shot when my bottles run out...
