Cycle advise

I am 5'10" 178 11% b/f. I had recently completed a 12 week cycle consisting of :
500mg sus
500mg dec
250mg tren enantate
40mg p/d winny
clom
arimidex

I will be doing the following cylce:

500mg p/w test c
400mg p/w tren enantate
500mg p/w eq
50mg p/d winny
hcg
arimidex
clomid

My goal is to hit close to 200 lbs with solid lean mass & how long should I run this cycle.

I am 34. I finished my last cycle 6 months ago... Sorry should have atated that....

Test needs to be run higher than all your other compounds....other than that the cycle looks solid. Since it takes 4-6 weeks for the EQ to work to its full potential I would run the cycle no shorter than 10-12 weeks. Remember to stop taking the tren about 2 wks before PCT so you dont crash as hard during PCT. Also, drop all the the long esters 2weeks before because of the longer half life. Oh ok... welll I would do:

wk 1-15 Test Cyp 500mg
wk 1-14 EQ 500mg
wk 1-10 Tren E 400mg
wk 12-17 Winny 50mg ED

arimidex 1mg ED and start HCG halfway through cycle
