im a bit confused as to what your question is. And if you are drawing from a vial, 18g way too big. You'll tear the rubber stobber to pieces in just a few sicks. what do you mean "how many cc to buy 3"??

If you mean the syringe barrel, it depends on how much
gear you wanna inject.1cc=1ml. I use 3cc/3ml

18g good to draw from amps with but not vials. If you draw from a vial with an 18g pin, you'd better buy a sterile vial and filter to refilter your gear into when the stopper is floating in your test.
