    they don't hinder gains, they keep off water which your gonna lose anyway.

    I got a question also, should you always take anti E's during cycle or only if you experience gyno, etc.

    And should you always use arimidex .25 mg along with the nolva?

    Nolva / Adex lower IGF 1 , so that is the theory behind hindering gains.Aromasin doesnt lower IGF 1

    Tamox = Nolva. one is a brand name
