Blood after pulling out pin (glute)

Havent been getting any blood, but this time I had blood. I did aspirate and did get an air bubble, but after I pulled the syringe out I noticed a tad bit of blood at the base of the syringe, right next to the actual pin.

What do you make of this? Anything to be concerned about? I assume if I hit a vein I would most certainly know about it? Not too worried just want to see if this is normal, thanks.

No big deal. You might have nicked a vein or gone through one. You might have just picked up a little blood from the muscle too. Again, nothing to worry about.

Nothing to be concerned about. You can got through a vein and not inject into a vein. It's pretty normal.

Keep pressure on the plunger when pulling out. If you dont, it creates a small vacuum that pulls blood out of the injection site.
