    Eq?

Does anyone know approximately how long it takes for EQ to kick in?

you might notice a little bit of something in your 2nd week, but the bulk of it will come at around the 4th week.

4th week you will see substantial results... like DR. E said... good luck, BUT you should feel the "pump" during your workouts sooner

I am in the 18-24 day school. Long, steady, consistent, and fulfilling gains are optimized over a 10 week coarse. Highly vesatile depending on your synergistic MEDS and goals.

Yeah Eq takes a while to kick in, but when it does, you'll definately know by the pumps and vascularity you get, oh and forgot to mention when you start acting like a horse and craving hay...

i felt the hunger kick in a lot quicker...something like on the 2nd week...i had a feeling of always being hungry...evn 5 min's after finishing off my meal...as far as vascularity, tightening of the skin and considerable strength gains...they all came around week 4...and continued to ascend all the way until the end of the cycle...---fyi
