Why do my nuts hurt?

Truman: "Final question/statement... Who suggests what for measuring fat? I figure just a basic caliper and a calculator, but does anyone have an opinion on WHICH caliper, where to get it and what it should cost?"

I really don't believe in the calipers. I wrestled through college and they would pull the calipers out to see where our BF% was at. 2 people can get 2 completely different readings on the same person w/calipers. The water submersion test was always right on though, but it would not be convenient for use at home. aAso, the weight scales with the BF% on them-junk. I would go to a university or even to your doc for regular readings.
