    Hydroxycut

    My girlfriend is taking hydroxycut and she is wondering if it would be better to take 4 tabs 2X/day or 2 tabs 4X/day. Would it make a difference?

    Sorry, that's a bit harsh for someone who's v new to the board. I take it back and advise her to not take muscletech as they are generally overpriced sh*te. Oh and this q would be better answered by the supps forum guys.

    4 a day is the serving size i believe id do 2 tabs 2 x per day and then go to 2 tabs 3 x if needed

    Well tell her to work her way up to 8 pills a day.
    I'd say by the end she should be taking 4 pills 2x a day.
    Once before cardio in the morning and once in the afternoon.
