What is Lee Priest Max Bench?
How much does the"blond myth" bench press? I've never seen it publicized in any magazines or been able to find out online...

well, in the blonde myth, his video, he said that he got a shoulder injury doing 5 plates (i assume per side.) on incline press.. i can't imagine he'd be doing any fewer than 6 reps in a workout.. so if he can do 500 on incline for let's say 6 reps, he probably does around 550 on flat for about the same.

One of my friends that knows Lee Priest said something about Lee benching around 500 lbs....same as Kevin Levrone and Ronnie Coleman. They are all around 500 lbs bench.

d@mn the guy simply inquired about something he wanted to know about, there is no reason to flame him for it. if you dont like what he is asking than refrain from commenting on the subject. to answer your question bro i would guess he has about a 550 flat, or atleast somewhere in that neighborhood.

LAC, you are so spot-on. I hate it when people ask me that. I love it when I get blank looks when I give them the only sensible and correct answer for a bodybuilder, which is: "How should I know?" If a BBer knows what his max bench is, that means there was a chest workout where he did not train for best results, in regards to hypertrophy. The guys I see who are obsessed with their bench often have mediocre chests, shoulders, and tris, and are plagued with shoulder pain. BUT... their training partners usually have nice traps LOL!

It would just risk an injury for him to max on bench. Pointless.
