Time on=time off....old myth. Do some searching and you'll find BB's cycles that with proper pct time off is as little as 20 days!

the only way to know for sure is with bloodwork. when hormone levels return to normal, all values are back within their normal limits and have stabilized there, you can consider yourself recovered...time on=time off is just a good rule of thumb, especially since most people don't get bloodwork like they should.
