    Var + Prop on game day?

    Hey guys!

    Can you use Var alone or Var + Test Prop on gameday for a little boost while your in training? Or how long should I be off when I have a game? (Soccer game....I play pro soccer) Thanx!

    I hope your kidding. It takes var and prop about 7 days to start working. Bro you are jumping into this to quick, you need to do your research. If anything for a boost try ephedrine.

    I think you guys misunderstood me....What I mean is can I take both on gameday or should I lay off.....

    I've been doing my research Consist: this is what it says from the horses mouth about Test Prop: "Since propionate is quickly effective, often after only one or two days, the athlete experiences an increase of his training energy, a better pump, an increased appetite, and a slight strength gain."

    If you say it takes 7 days than it takes seven days....but this is what it says from the profile......

    that is a little misleading, all I use is prop and I run var all the time, I don't get these, yes you can take them game day

    Also guys....

    the site says .125mg per lb for var as rule of thumb....somone told me yesterday to take 50mgs a day....according to the formula I should be doing only 20.....I took only 20 yesterday what do you guys think.....Appreciate some feedback from both Questions....Again thanx for your help!!!

    20 is okay and was considered the "norm", all of the sudden 50 is the new "in " dosage

    Aight thanx....is the new formula .3 X Body weight now though.....

    .3 X 165 = 50mgs

    no there is no formula it is something that has gotten a general consensus, like taking EQ @ 500 mg/wk minimum, it seems to be the popular opinion, no real facts behind it though

    I'm going with 30mgs for now see how it goes than maybe move up later...still looking into getting some Prop....

    By the way does Prop hurt.....I've been reading threads and hearing complaints about Prop hurting....(Is it a natural pain or person to person thing?)

    Im new to this - first cycle and have used sus deca and prop. Sus and deca together, didnt hurt much the next day. Sus alone, hurt a lot for couple of days. Test Prop doesnt hurt at all hardly - I use quads or glutes for it but was going to try delts next cycle cos it dont hurt much.

    Im doing 75mg a day right now...

    Prop will only hurt if there are high amounts of BB and BA, which most prop does have high amounts.. Ive had some prop that hurts and some that doesnt. But after a few weeks your body gets used to it and it doesnt hurt as much if at all.
