looking for better
Hi my name is Trevor i am 25 6'5 175. I have been working out for a small time now but i am still not happy with the results ( i don't know if it's my diet or my workout). I got this steroid thing into my head but i don't really know all that much about them. Can anybody help me with what diet i should be using and a good workout schedule to try and stay natural. I am taking a MRP twice a day and a multi vitiman once a day as well as eating. It's heard to eat six meals a day with working and sleeping. Any suggestions would be greatly acepted.

Welcome to the boards. Check out the diet section, they have some good stickies there on good diets for bulking up. You will be amazed the results you can put on by just eating like a champ.
Dont get too set on steroids yet, you need to learn about your diet most of all, and then get a correct training routine down.

eat eat and when you can't take another bite.....take two
look around in the ed threads and you will find tons of training info

At 6'5" 175 you have a lot of eating to do. Don't say you don't have time to eat, that is BS. I have already worked 14 hour days and still ate 8 meals a day. Head to the diet forum and do some researching. Good luck.
