    what is a good pct i am confused about it what to buy what etc

    Do you mean a Var-only cycle?

    I believe that is what you're considering judging by past posts...

    Var doesn't aromatize, no need for Nolva, etc...

    Here is an example cycle:
    Anavar 40-50mg+ ED Weeks 1-8

    The PCT:
    - Start the day after last var dosage is taken.
    - 50mg ED Weeks 9-11


    If you meant something else, please clarify.
