Can Stress and Lack of Sleep cause Gyno

Over the last 2 and half weeks I have been Insanely stressed out from school... So much so that I’m averaging 3 hours of sleep a night, to sometimes zero. In addition, I also have been eating like crap as well, sometimes i wont eat anything for the entire day... other times one meal, And to top it off, I haven’t been to gym for about 14 days either; what’s the point when your eating and sleeping patterns are so disturbed. Well anyhow, my question is this, can living a lifestyle such as this cause gyno in a two week period. I know lack of sleep and stress can lower test levels... but I would never guess it could cause gyno.. which it has to be because I can feel the pain in my nipples as well as feel a slight bump. I was thinking about getting some nolv and letro... what go you guys think?

I've never heard of that before. Are you on any AAS? It couldn't hurt to throw in some nolva.

First of all, quit playing with your tits. Second, knock off the sugar. Third, find and take a goooood B-complex vitamin, I take Bronsons Super-B. Fourth, SEE YOUR DOCTOR. Good luck.

Try getting some sleep and eating right and see if you still have the problem, if you don't then you know that's what is doing it.

Go to the doctor and see whats up. You said you are going to school, health services at Universities are free so its not going to cost you anything.

Do you smoke pot or drink alcohol alot? While these are not great ways of causing gyno, some say that they can. Estrogen is created when drinking and smoking pot.

yeah man, i think going to the doc would be a better chocie than starting some nolva or letro. you don't even know whats going on. starting to put different chemicals into your body that you may not even need could do more harm than good. God forbid, its a tumor or something.....
