take weekend offf?
Im on my 6 week of my 12 cycle..Ive been going to the gym non stop 6 to 7 days a week ..I usualy just rest on sundays, wich is my cheat day..Im feeling like worne out , would it be cool for me to take the weekend off.If i take it off can i still have a cheat day or no just keep on with my diet????????????

even though your on it still sound slike your over training, even when your on its good good to have ample rest

You are overtrained, take the next 3 or 4 weekends off and make next week a light week with every 4th week light. Sometimes less is more.

yea dude, i took 4 days off once during my cycle, and cheated with eating and stuff, and came back and from the sheer calories i took in and the rest i got i still gained like 2 lbs.

yeah bro, you definitely need to rest. Your muscles grow when they rest, not when theyre over trained. Def take the weekend off and maybe the next couple as well, you'll have much better workouts after a few days of rest

I bet youll grow like a horse as soon as you take 2-3 days off in a row. Sometimes rest can bring the most amazing results.
