    Surgery ???

    would anyone recommend shortening the healing process by the use of steroids after a surgery on the shoulder. surgery is tuesday and 4-6 weeks after surgery was the suggested time until lifting could begin again.

    I was wondering if it would be a waste by starting during or after those 6 weeks in preparation of a season starting the upcoming august.
