    hey everyonem I always hear eveyone talking about gyno what is gyno exactly i know it has something to do with ur chest right? what are the symptoms

    its a lump that grows right near the nipple.. its usually pretty easily noticable. if you have it, its much better to treat right away or else surgery may be required to rid it. do a search for it and you will find hundreds of posts on the topic.
