    Injection Times?

    I am about to start a cycle of sust250 and am going to take 500m a week. Should I take one shot with the full 500m or split them into two shots 250 and 250?

    well bro...this is a subject where you'll probably get a few different answers. most of the guys here on AR will tell you that you need to take sustanon EOD for the full effect of the prop ester, some guys will tell you that 2X/week is fine.

    i had a vet BB'r tell me that it was fine taking it all in one weekly shot being that each ester was time relaesed and once the shortest ester starts ending the next one is kicking in.

    i'm currently taking 500mg in 1 weekly shot and i have to say so far so good. figured i'll just have to find out by my own trial and error.

    If you are set on doing 500mg per week...IMO I'd split the dose into 2 shots.
