First timer here so be gentle
Ok so I have been on dianabol for a week now 30mg a day spread out every 3 hours or so now I would like to mix in some test.
Heres my plan

dbol week 1-4 30 mg/day
sust 250 week 2-11 250mg/week
clomid week 13-15 50mg/day

Can anyone offer any advice on this stack please

you should start the test in wk 1,sustanon should b taken eod mate 250mg per week will b hard to split up,have you aquired this gear yet?if you have not i would suggest you start off with test e,just my opinion.

i think you should run the sus to 12 wk and up the dose to at least 500mg wk. are you going to be using any anti-e's on this cycle? other than that pretty good cycle.

Need to use more Sus 250 a week is not the way to do it.
Spit up 500 a week in 3tw shots
Clomid you should do 300 first day and 100 for 4 weeks
You my need to read up on the time you need to start the clomid after the cycle I
think the time is diffrent the what you have laid out

Should I only use anti estrogen if symptoms occur?
I've also read that 250mg sust a week is plenty for a beginner.
The sust stays in the body for a couple of weeks doesn't it? So clomid 2 weeks after sust is finished.
So I should do sust for 12 weeks yes?

i would never run less than 400mg Test a week... just not Opt IMO kinda waste of money.

well not everyone wants to be big..
i have a buddy that runs it at 300mg weekly... like year round .. he is like.. I dont care bout the anabolic affects.. I JUST LIKE THE SEXUAL PERFORMANCE!

wow mrfog, you definitely have done no research at all, but no matter, you'll learn now.

Sustanon is a blend of testosterone with the esters
Propionate
Phenylpropionate
Isocarproate
Decanoate
You're going to want 500mg's in your system every 7 days, so every 3-4 days you need a 250mg shot.

If you've already started Dianabol the fast acting Propionate should start pumping the Test into your system fairly quickly, something you WILL need. Acne, water retention, DHT conversion, aromatization, and decreased HPTA function (significant after 2 weeks) are all very common sides, some are a guarantee. This calls for an anti estrogen

Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) is your solution. In a nutshell Nolvadex simply blocks estrogen receptors. Taken at a dose of 20-30 mg's daily you're going to prevent alot of the god awful side effects of aromatization, which is something i can guarantee if you're munching down dianabol.

Look to our site sponsor for the anti-E...err to experiment on your rats...anyways, from now on when you're planning a cycle, make a post asking some questions, to maximize safety and effectiveness. Do some research on Post Cycle Therapy , you'll find a ton of info on it in this forum.

sustanon has to injected EOD for blood levels to be consistent.... do more research on this steroid . most peeps that actually have done it say that EOD is a must. 250mg is pretty low even for a 1st timer. i agree with a 500mg a week

Thanks guys, this is what forums are all about, sharing knowledge.
Now are anti estrogens an absolute nessecity or do they just need to be taken should symptoms occur?

Will 250mg/week be awaste of time? I'm not looking to get huge just have a nice well defined muscular bod.

Other forums I've been on just take the piss because your inexperienced I thank all the replyers for your patience and help.

also you shoud start clomid 3 weeks after last shot of sus.
