    Quick question on Dbol??

    hey guys, first day here, taking 30mg of Dbol today and lifting in 6 hours, should i see any strength today?

    First day??? No, but you might get a psychological advantage. Is this a dbol only cycle?

    guys, when should i see better recovery time? basically i am pretty much on a near flawless bodybuilding schedule, i dont overtrain either, get at least 8 hours of sleep, dont drink or smoke; basically i have the worst recovery time ever, if i do one set of bench or twenty sets, im always destroyed...i take everything, about 30-40 grams of glutamine a day too, multivitamins, the basics...i was hopin to switch to a better split, but right now everything is trained once a week with 2 days off
