    How long before I can start again?

    Ive been off for about 2 weeks now .I did 8 weeks of winny(100mg eod).And fina (150 mg eod) for 5 weeks. I stoped the fina cause I Fuked up my back and I wasnt able to go to the gym for over a week.I want to no how long do I have to let my body rest before I jump on gear again?

    between 12 and 15 weeks minimum. to be safe.

    as long as you were on you should take off. that includes PCT time too.
