What to ask for when getting blodwork done

Ok, i am going in for a complete wellness physical pretty soon here before I start my upcoming cycle, and it includes complete bloodwork. I was wondering what things I should make sure are included in the bloodwork? I was thinking: kidney/liver function/values, testosterone levels , lipid profile, and IGF-1. ANything else I should request? BTW, my cycle will include test, tren , var, GH, slin, and pssibly IGF. Any help woudl be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    TESTS TO BE LOOKED AT!

The following tests should be run at the end of a cycle and again 4-6 weeks after PCT ends.

    • Total Testosterone
    • Bioavailable Testosterone (AKA “Free and Loosely Bound”
    • Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is unavailable)
    • DHT
    • Estradiol (specify the Extraction Method, or “sensitive” assay for males)
    • LH
    • FSH
    • Prolactin
    • Cortisol
    • Thyroid Panel
    • CBC
    • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
    • Lipid Profile
    • PSA (if over 40)
    • IGF-1 (if HGH therapy is being considered)

    I had all this tested:

    Comp. Metabolic Panel (14)
    CBC With Differential/Platelet
    Prostate-Specific Ag, Serum
    Thyroid Profile (TSH,T3,T4)
    Insulin -Like Growth Factor I
Lipid Panel with (total cholesterol, HDL, VLDL, triglycerides,LDL/HDL Ratio)
    Insulin, Fasting
    Testosterone , Free and Total
    Estradiol

It was $250 for the blood work. But in my opinion well worth it.
