    I have gaind 30 pounds! Am I going to loose it all?

    So am I going to loose everything? I have been working out since I was 15 not body builder hard but keeping in good shape. Two years ago I did my first cycle deca debol stack and gained 35 pounds from 160 - 195. Hear I started working out body builder hard and I started dieting properly. A month and a half after I was done my cycle I messed my shoulder up and had to go for surgery (patched up rotator cuff with a few pins). After I was done 4 months of physio from my should surgery I started to hit the gym again. At this point at was at 185 pounds with a nice little ponch. I then hit they gym hard for two months. Then I did a huge order of juice for some friends and ended up with a good size cycle almost for free. I then ran 150mg of deca a week for a month to help the shoulder with recovery. After this month my shoulder was feeling great and I started my full cycle. 300mg deca wk, and 400mg test cyp wk. I am on week 9 of that cycle and I have another 6 weeks left of just Test. 1 week of cyp at 400mg and five weeks of Eth at 500mg. I am already at 207 and I am leaning out nicely now. What can I do to keep as much of this as possible? I am not some punk that thought that I could just get big quick. I am ready to keep working hard and continue keeping my diet in check. I will even stop my cycle if I am just going to loose it anyways. What do you guys think should I stop my cycle sell my last bottle of Eth keep working hard loose everything and start O natural till I hit my genetic threshold? Or should I finish and just hope that I keep some of these gains?

    You must (I STRESS MUST) keep your clories up during PCT, get a good whey or weight gainer and keep the calories up! The Creatine/L-Glutamine will help retain any stregnth gains you made whilst "on".

    Train hard and eat hard and expect to keep 70-100% of your gains,

    dude thats an essay one!! take your fuken pct and you should keep most of it!! try HCG and Clomid and i think that should do it but bigswiftos plan sounds better but try to add HCG cause that i hear works wonders!!!

    How long is your cycle? 15 weeks?

    HCG can be used but usually for longer cycles, 16+ weeks. I'd just carry out normal PCT (as above) IMO.

    thats a perfect pct - and yes, pct is crucial for keeping your gains, along with sufficient calorie intake - listen to what the says - thats good info.

    If you dont do exactly what this post just said to do and more you will lose most of your gains. Dont let anything fool you its not as easy as it sounds.
    Im a firm believer in test but without something else in there like winny..ect it is extremely hard to keep gains but not impossible. So if you dont plan on being serious about pct then I would definitely stop now, in fact I you should have made sure you have nolvadex , clomid ..ect(and enough money to buy a lot of food) before you even started your cycle.

    One more thing, why are you going to start running test e this late in the cycle, I may be mistaken but you might mess up your levels if you switch. You need to give test e some time.

    Thanks guys! Some post I read in hear earlier today scared me into thinking I was going to lose it all even if I did a proper PCT! I switched to the Eth because it comes in 250mg not 200mg like cyp and I wanted to up my dose from 400mg wk to 500mg wk when I stopped my deca . I was told in hear that this was all good because Cyp and Eth are almost identical.


    So if my bro has some HCG then:
    last two weeks of my cycle 500ui of HCG twice a week

    Allready have this stuff:
    wk 1-2 Clomid 100mg/ED
    wk 2-4 Clomid 50mg/ED
    wk 1-4 Nolva 20mg/ED
    wk 1-4 Creatine 5g/ED
    wk 1-4 Tribulas 4g/ED
    wk 1-4 L-Glutamine 10mg/ED

    and I will have to add the Omega-3's.

    They are similar to an extent, but they are still different compounds with different properties. You might be fine but you would be better off getting more cyp.

    And if you have all your pct then your straight, just keep yourself motivated an on point, dont slack on the pct toward the end. Good luck bro. Let us know how it works out
