Why do my forarms get so sore when lifting? ARG!
Its killin my workout. Please advise.

You will have to be more specific. What exercises are you doing when this occurs? Is it more of a cramping or an actual bulid up of lactic acid while you are lifting? Are you taking clen or winny?

every time i take deca i get sore forearms especially when i do biceps.. i just push through it.

Maybe your forearms are overcompensating for the other muscles. Maybe you're lifting too heavy for a muscle group.

I have noticed that my forearms are tight-as-hell during every workout, now that Ive started my cycle. I like it though.

same freaking problem, deca involved

it's so bad with me that after i drop the bar, my hand stil looks like a grib for few seconds and it's painfull

yeah i used to have that problem
i would do barbell curl soon as i let go of the bar
bangggggggg pain begin its like deep pain
try concentrate on using biceps more it might help not sure
