    Ephidrine or EPH

    Can anyone tell me about a good and safe dosage for EPH.
    currently taking 1 in the morning as a stimulant, but should i be on more as a fat burner....

    You can take them every 4 hours but I havent. Instead of that I would get some clen .

    try taking the ephadrine, with caffeine, and yohimbine, for burning fat

    25mg of alkaloids is standard, though reccomend 25mg of pure ephedrine hcl (24mg if using the pure canadian tabs)
