Symmetrey. Site injections or workout?
Left leg is slightly smaller that right. Dominant arm is of course slightly larger than my left. Left pec is either more defined or slightly larger than my right.
Will site injections cure this or will an extra set on the lagging body parts be more appropriate?

Would you suggest one or two extra sets per workout?
How long to see any results

I found a good way to even out body parts, well my biceps at least, was to lift with a straight bar instead of seperate dumbbell bars.
WHen I did this I found the right side of the bar would sag a little with the left side being higher. So what i did was intentionally curl my right arm harder so the bar went up even every time. This naturally was working my right arm extra hard while the left arm was getting worked normal.
Eventually things really evened out and the bar is going out straight by itself.
Of course, not sure how you could do this with legs.... But for things like bench press and curls and whatever else you use a full length bar with for your arms or chest, it works great.

It will balance itself out over time would be my guess. Doing more to one side than the other? If that was the most effective workout then you should be doing that many reps and sets in the first place. If you want to get one arm to get bigger than the other, work it out, and NOT the other arm for a while, it will catch up that way. This other idea stums a chord of nonsense in my opinion. Think about that...
Likely? Continue doing your exercise and it will balance out on it's own. The lagging muscle WILL get a harder workout when doing the same weight because it is a greater overall load relative to its' capacity.

The only perfomance-enhancing drug that can produce some sight growth is rIGF-1. And also synthol which is stupid IMO.
