New UG source has water based test. Is this for real?

I found a new guy whom is making his own shit and claims to have a new product called Crystal test . It's 100mg/ml test suspension, crystal clear, thin enough to go through a slin pin,and almost completely painless.
He also has water based test. Is that possible? and if so anyone have any luck with it?
I am a little worried about doing home brew. Should I be?

Test suspension is water based. Has to be shot every 8 hours or so.

Test susp. shout be thin enough to go through a slin pin, however, it should not be crystal clear. never heard of any such thing. I don't use anyone's homebrew but my own. I guess it depends on if you trust him.
