it's pretty much necessary when using deca or tren because it helps prevent progesterone related gyno.

i heard it increases you appitite thats why i take it, either that or b12 - I take vitamin B Complex.

Im also taking deca so i take it just as a precaution.

2mg of B6 per day, and 1.0ug of B12. Is that enough? and is it true about appitite

You need to take 200mg of vit B6 ED, and B12 is what increases your appetite, among other things.

No it doesnt..And if you think im wrong show me a study.. It only balances hormones. If you need to fight Progesterone/Prolactin sides then you must use Cabergoline or Bromocriptine... Sombody suggesting to take vitamin B-6 to kill the progesteronic sides of gear is like saying Nolvadex is an Anti-Estrogen when its not its a SERM.

This is a very good read johan but its about cardiovascular health and keeping arteries healthy..does it have to do with progesteron/prolactin sides at all, if it does i dont see it.sry.
