    why take more then 500mg test week?

    i have read some old post and guys asked questions and other members said they were taking more then 500mg of test a week. how come? age would be a reason i'm sure. other then that how would it benefit? wouldn't your body only beable to handle so much before it was wasted?

    After running it at the same dose so many times you won't see the results as much as you used to until you bump up the dose.

    Some people here take 2000mg of test a week. Some people say they don't notice anything until the 1.0 gram mark. Nothing ridiculous about over 500mg.

    more test = more muscle in my experience.

    I have a problem with this. Im on my 5th week using 300mg T E and i dont notice anything. I just bumped it up to 500mg, just did my 250mg and then on friday i'll do another 250mg. I'm 182lbs and haven't been able to get past that. My goal is 195-200lbs.

    300 is too low to run. Stick it out at 500 with a good diet and you should have no problem getting up to your goal.

    You will need to make sure you are getting enough calories. One method is to write down everything you eat each day. It is easy to think or guess that you are taking in more than you actually are.

    ya bro food is the bigest thing to gains. you need to eat to grow and test will just help.

    i heard that. I eat every 3 hours all day. Maybe i should eat more paste foods. Any suggestions on good meals to make?

    I take more than 500mg's per week because I NEED to.
    I simply will no longer grow on smaller doses.

    Anything over 300 should give a beginner some gains if he is eating properly. After a while, though. 500mg cycles just don't do the trick. Once you are big, it is hard to get bigger. Once you are bigger, it is hard to get more biggerer. So, most advanced users will use more than 500mg especially for a bulking cycle.

    Yea Man - EAT - just make sure its not KFC and MCD all the time - eat well.
    To build good muscle you need good ingredients:

    cottage cheese - good easy source of protein
    eggs and egg whites - ditto - I hard boil mine and keep em in the fridge
    REAL 100% whole grain bread - great source of complex carbs
    Tuna - packed w protein - I like the Starkist white meat premium - 1 can = 38 grams protein. Mix it up with some HB eggs, lowfat mayo, garlic powder and pepper and load up some of that whole grain bread with that.
    Chicken Breasts - boneless skinless - always on sale at the groc store. Buy a big pack and soak em in itialian salad dressing - grill up about 10 -12 at once and stick em in the fridge so they're handy. Also good on the WGbread.

    Theres a couple of ideas for quick meals.

    so with injecting over 500mg, how many times a week should you inject? say if you do 700mg, should you inject three times a week to make the 700mg or just do twice a week to equal 700mg?

    Because 500mg is not a scientifically established ceiling on gains vs. side effects. The truth is, it is probably more like 1000mg. A newbie can take 1g of test and get great gains while easily managing side effects if they arise.

    Basically, think of it like this:

    Why not just take 100mg? Why not take 5,000mg? Well, one is too low, and for many, the other is too high. A lot of people just don't believe that 500mg is right in the middle. I really think that 1g is the sweet spot, and can justify more for some people.

    start with 500, and if your diet is on, and everything is in order, you should see some good results....

    just curious so does weight and age play a part on why some people need more volume of test to grow? older you get the lower the natural level gets.

    eat right...go with 500mg it is fine unless u have cycled more than 2 or 3 times

    i have cycled twice before only doing 500mg stacked with things. next time i will bump it up and see if i notice any gains, i weigh 161 and two years having doing it at 500mg has made me huge... i want to get bigger though
