I would add a liver protectant especially while cycling the dbol because of its heptoxic side effect. How 'bout a multi-vit ED as well??

What type of liver protecant, sorry for the stupid questions, I never delt with stuff I would need to watch my liver but in your opinion what do you think is the best.

ignore this advice. Your cycle is well planned out and is a very common first cycle. You dont need anymore compounds either. You should get and be able to keep most of your gains with solid training, diet, and PCT. Obviously his friend had no idea what he was doing if he lost all his gainsQuote:

that maybe true, but i would take something, better to be safe than sorry. People say var is not very hepatoxic either, but 50mg/day for 6 weeks gave me elevated liver values and I was taking milk thistle with it. Everybody is different.Quote:

no mater what your going to get elevated live values. it's ok if you wont to run liv 52 to help along. i just dont think you need to. make sure you drink lots of water and split the dose to am and pm.
A dose as small as 10mg will elevate liver values. TAKE A LIVER PROTECTANT!!!

Okay, after you quit the d-bol you're going to "plateau." All of the test will keep your size, but I seriously doubt you'll gain much more after week five. I'm speaking from experience, and have never had toxic liver problems with D-Bol. I definately had liver problems with Anadrol, and don't think it is wise to take with another androgen; Dianabol seemed much milder. When you "plateau", your receptors are full and they need a break from what you are using. I've done all the "twelve week" cycles and noticed that I leveled off at about week seven. Do shorter high dosage cycles to get the best results. Remember to load your receptors early and then take a short break to clean them out. (3 on, 2 off) or (7 on, 5 off).
i wouldnt worry about liver support becaseu your doses arent that high, but if you would like try some milk thistle. also can anyone verify on the clomid i thought it should be 14 days after last shot
