    reforvit Dbol TABS

    I am going to use for my up coming cycle reforvit (loeffler) Dbol at 25mgs a day for the 1st 4 weeks...


    since the tabs are 25mgs should I just take it all in one shot a half hour b4 working out?

    or split it in two... half in the morning and half b4 working out?

    Dbol has a half-life in your body of only about 4 hrs so it's best to take it more than once a day. Taking 2 tabs a day would be ideal to get the most even dose, especially with the low price of Reforvit, it probably being underdosed some, and the best gains coming from over 30 mgs a day. But if you only want to take one tab per day it should probably only be taken once:
    "Not everyone should try and spread their doses out over multiple servings. First of all there is a slightly lower efficacy to take into account here as well due to two characteristics. The first being that you feed the total amount to the liver in smaller portions, yet the liver still manages to metabolize the same amount. Percentage wise that means less methandienone would make it through totally. The second would be that the peak levels aren't quite as high since no large doses are taken all at once. These two facts make it hard to recommend that just anyone take multiple doses. People who take moderate to low doses of ONLY methandrostenolone should probably opt for a single morning dose. This delivers a higher peak level and more survival of your only steroid . It also, due to the short half-life, makes the drug clear the body before the body produces its largest dose of natural testosterone , the early hours of sleep."-Big Cat on bb.com

    so your saying I should either take it all in the morning or take two tabs (25mgs each) one in the morning and one b4 working out...

    ??? taking it in the morning increases my chances of getting more out of the dbol ??

    here is my stack:

    week 1-10 600mgs of test
    week 1-10 300mgs of test
    week1-4 25mgs of d-bol (this was my original plan)

    my stats:
    5'9 170lbs....
    7% (maybe 8%)bodyfat

    this is not my 1st cycle... but this is my first REAL bulking cycle...
    most of my other cycle were simply for increase in speed since I played soccer in college I couldnt really get to big (how stupid would a JACKED soccer player looked? hehehe) I have been workin out or athletically active for about 6-7 years....

    PS- I have 100 of these darn lil Ref 25mg dbol tabs... so help me out fellas!

    Is that a type "O"...week 1-10 600mg test ?
    week 1-10 300mg test ?

    I'm assuming your running deca or eq at 300mgs/week for 1-10?

    If your only taking 25mg/day of d-bol I personally would take all 25mg an hour before the workout!

    If taking just one tab take it all at once. But you'll be A LOT better off taking 2 tabs, one in the morning and one before working out.

    how far b4 working out should I take the tab?

    I think I might do that then... take one tab on the morning and one b4 workingout...

    Take the first tab upon awakening and the second one an hour to an hour and a half before the workout...don't forget to take two tabs a day on the non workout days too!

    so on non workout days should I still spread them out... as if I was working out that day.... one (25mgs) in the morn and one(25mgs) later that day?

    the cycle went pretty good...

    my diet could have been cleaner...

    and I was partying a lot... but months after... I am still up 10lbs...


    so I cant complain
