I'm looking for info on the right cycle for me. I need to lean down but I want to gain strength. I don't need to bulk up. I'm 5'10 195 lbs and I could loose 15 lbs. My workout has changed to high reps, I go to the gym 2 times a day 5-6 days a week. I'm resting each muscle group about 3 days. If anyone knows what gear would be best for me that would help a lot. Thanks.

drop your caloric intake and hit the cardio...15lbs can be achieved =\

Diet & cardio will lose the fat. 15 pounds is easy.
AS does not cause fat loss, so you are barking up the wrong tree if you think that AS will speed fat loss.
