Is it better to take nolva 14 days after last shot, or take it during the cycle and all through pct? I was planning on taking it 14 days after my last shot. I need to get my pct straight before my next cycle starts.

normaly most guy's i know wait till end of cycle for pct to take nolva unless they have gyno symptoms during cycle then they use it from start of symptoms to end of pct.

also it depends on what aas are be used in cycle as to when to start pct.

depend on what your cycle is?? from what i've read you might go with test cyp so run nolva at 10-20mg ed during the cycle and in pct...

If your runnin AS that aromotase, you may need an Anti-Estrogen, like Nolva. Some need them, some dont.

I suggest you use it at 20mg/ED throughout your PCT, in conjuction with other compounds.

Some members on here suggest taking Nolva at 20mg/ED after your last shot, leading to PCT and during PCT.

I would only run it if you show signs of gyno, when your on test its good to have some estrogen in your system so if you run the nolva you could hinder your results!
